The concerts are held at the home of Scott Cutler at 90 Windward Cove in The Woodlands, TX 77381. 

Windward Cove is on the northwest side of Lake Woodlands and off of Lake Woodlands Drive just west of Northshore Park.  90 Windward Cove is the 3rd house on the left after entering Windward Cove.
